	This site has exceptional content and should definitely be visited. It might be visually appealing or unusually comprehensive. Something about this site is special!!
***	This site has good content, is well constructed, and certainly is full of great ideas.
**	This site would be worth a quick look. Most of the ideas here are better expressed on other sites.
*	Errr... well... I'm including it for completeness. It might be under development or abandoned.

Remember when reading my ratings, many sites are not developed for "general consumption" and therefore may serve the needs of a particular audience very well. To receive a lower rating is no reflection on the developer or the host site. I'm just trying to point students in the direction of the most useful sites first.

Over 500 new awards added each week... detailed information on other loan, work-study, and grant programs." Includes free searching and fastweb mailbox highlighting new scholarship information.
3	College Financial Aid College Planning Network "The Money Maze - College Financial Aid page is designed to address the major issues facing students and parents as they pursue all types of financial aid programs."	***
4	The Student Guide to Financial Information Federal Student Aid Information Center Links to all kinds of information about financial assistance programs and college selection. So good, some people are reselling this free government publication (apparently). There is a address listed to "turn in" these lowlifes! Anyway, a definite Clem's Pick and an excellent starting point to look for financial assistance.
